Who we are
Tavor Digital is a trading name of (pending details), (pending details) ("we", "us"). We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us about anything in it at hello@tavordigital.com.
What this policy covers
This policy covers this website and the personal information of people who contact us, prospective clients, and the people we deal with at our clients and suppliers.
When we build something for a client, such as an automation or an assistant, we may handle personal information on the client's behalf, for example their customers' orders or messages. In that case we act only on the client's instructions, under a written agreement with them, and the client's own privacy policy applies to that information.
What we collect
When you contact us
When you send the form on our contact page, it passes your name, email address and message to FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form relay service, which emails them to our inbox. FormSubmit handles the message only to deliver it to us. When you email us directly, we receive your name and email address and whatever else you include. Either way, that may include details such as your company, budget and the details of your project.
When you book a call
Our "Book a call" buttons open an appointment booking page run by Google (Google Calendar). There you give your name and email address and choose a time, and you can add a note about your project. Google sends the booking to us and a calendar invitation to both of us, usually with a Google Meet link for the call. Google handles this as our service provider, and its own privacy policy also applies to its booking page.
When we talk and work together
Your name, role and contact details, notes from our calls, proposals, contracts and messages, and the billing details we need to invoice you.
When you visit the website
Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes the technical information any website needs to deliver a page and protect itself from abuse, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. This is held briefly in server logs. We don't use it to identify you or to build a profile of you.
On your own device
If you play the game on our "page not found" page, your browser saves your best score in its local storage. It stays on your device and is never sent to us. Clearing your browser's data for this site removes it.
We don't ask for sensitive information, such as health, financial or identity documents. Please don't send it to us unless we've agreed a secure way to do so.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies. It uses no analytics, advertising, social media pixels, fingerprinting or embedded content from other companies. Our fonts and images are served from our own site, so loading a page doesn't contact Google or anyone else; Google's booking page opens only if you click "Book a call". That's why there is no cookie banner.
If this ever changes, we'll update this policy first and ask for your consent before setting anything that isn't strictly necessary.
How we use it, and why we're allowed to
We don't use your information for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
Who we share it with
Only with the companies that help us run the business, under contracts that require them to protect it and use it only to provide their service to us:
- Hosting and security: Vercel, which serves this website.
- Booking calls: Google (Google Calendar and Google Meet), which handles bookings made through our "Book a call" buttons and hosts our video calls.
- Contact form: FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which delivers messages sent through our contact form to our inbox.
- Email, documents and calls: our email, file storage and video call providers.
- Accounting and payments: our accounting software, bank and payment providers.
- Project tools: the tools a project needs, with the client's agreement.
We may also share information with professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers, with authorities when the law requires it, or with a buyer if the business is ever sold, who would then be bound by this policy. We never sell or rent personal information, and never share it for advertising.
We don't put your inquiry or your data into AI services that use it to train their models.
International transfers
Some of our providers process information in other countries, including the United States. Where data protection law such as the GDPR applies, we transfer information only to countries with an adequacy decision, to providers certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, or under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
- Inquiries that don't become projects: up to two years after our last contact, then deleted.
- Client and project records: for the length of our work together, then for as long as tax and accounting law requires, which is usually up to seven years.
- Server logs: kept by Vercel for a short period under its own retention rules.
Security
This site is served only over encrypted connections. We limit access to personal information to the people who need it, and protect our accounts with strong passwords and two-factor authentication. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach ever puts your information at risk, we'll tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct it if it's wrong or incomplete;
- delete it;
- limit how we use it, or object to how we use it;
- send it to you or to someone else in a portable format;
- withdraw any consent you've given, at any time.
Email hello@tavordigital.com. It's free, and we'll reply within one month. We may need to confirm your identity first.
You can also complain to a data protection authority, such as the one where you live or work. In the EU and UK this is your national supervisory authority; in Israel, the Privacy Protection Authority. We'd appreciate the chance to put things right first.
We don't sell or share personal information for targeted advertising, as defined by US state privacy laws.
Children
Our services are for businesses, and this website isn't meant for children under 16. We don't knowingly collect their personal information.
Other websites
This site links to other websites, such as Google's booking page, GitHub and the live websites of projects in our portfolio. They have their own privacy policies, and this one doesn't cover them.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we'll make that clear here, and tell our clients directly.
